Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern all services offered by Annamaria Reti – Feel to Heal®️ (hereinafter referred to as “the Provider”). They apply to all coaching sessions, online and in-person programs, workshops, consultations, and related offers provided by the Provider. Any differing or conflicting terms and conditions from the client shall not be recognized unless expressly agreed to in writing by the Provider.

The goal of these terms is to create transparency, fairness, and a clear understanding between both parties so that the coaching process can take place within a framework of trust and professionalism.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Provider offers professional coaching services in the areas of emotional clarity, self-leadership, stress and anxiety management, mindfulness, and personal development.
Coaching is designed to support clients in achieving greater self-awareness, balance, and inner calm. It focuses on developing strategies for clarity, empowerment, and personal growth.

Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not replace medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. Clients who are undergoing therapy or under medical supervision are advised to inform their healthcare provider about their participation in coaching if relevant.

3. Conclusion of Contract

Clients can book coaching appointments through the website (e.g., via the integrated booking tool such as Calendly) or by written request via email. A contract between the Provider and the client is established once the appointment is confirmed in writing.

By booking a session, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy outlined on the website.

4. Services

The scope, duration, and format of each coaching service depend on the individual agreement between the Provider and the client. The Provider reserves the right to adjust methods, techniques, and session content according to the client’s specific needs and progress.

Coaching may include conversations, breathwork, somatic (body-based) exercises, reflection tools, and mindfulness techniques, all adapted to the personal goals of the client.

5. Fees and Payment Terms

All current prices are listed on the website or communicated directly by the Provider.
Payment is due after invoicing and may be made via bank transfer, credit card, or secure online payment systems. Unless otherwise indicated, all prices include applicable value-added tax (VAT) in accordance with Cypriot law.

Payment confirms participation in the selected service or package. Any additional costs (such as bank or transfer fees) are the responsibility of the client.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made later, as well as non-attendance without notice, will be charged in full unless another arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon.

In the rare case that the Provider must reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be informed immediately, and an alternative appointment will be arranged without additional cost.

7. Liability Disclaimer

The Provider is not liable for damages that arise directly or indirectly from the implementation or interpretation of coaching content. Coaching involves personal responsibility, and clients participate voluntarily.

The Provider accepts no liability for the client’s decisions or actions during or after the coaching process unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Data Protection

All personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, particularly the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union. Data are used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the coaching agreement and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

For further details, please refer to the Privacy Policy available on the website.

9. Copyright

All materials, written content, and exercises provided within the coaching process are the intellectual property of the Provider and are protected by copyright. Clients may not copy, share, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

10. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission offers a platform for online dispute resolution (OS platform): https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/site-relocation_en

The Provider is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The legal relationship between the Provider and the client is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Unless otherwise required by law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this agreement shall be the Provider’s registered office in Cyprus.
