I’m Annamaria Fornaro, founder of Feel to Heal®️ and an expert in emotional clarity, self-leadership, and inner balance.
After two decades in leadership roles, I know how easily we can lose ourselves in success, performance, and expectations and how painful it is when life suddenly no longer feels like our own.

I’ve experienced firsthand how the constant drive to do more, achieve more, and be more can silence what’s truly essential: the ability to feel at home within yourself. This realization became the turning point in my journey a moment of truth where I began to slow down, listen, and rediscover the power of presence and awareness.

Get to know me

Through my personal transformation, I learned that healing doesn’t happen through force or speed, it happens through understanding and compassion. That’s why I created Feel to Heal®: to help people reconnect with themselves and build a life that feels authentic and aligned.

My approach is both structured and deeply human. I work with individuals who feel disconnected, anxious, or overwhelmed and guide them toward calmness, clarity, and confidence. Whether it’s through mindful conversations, breathwork, or small daily practices, the goal is always the same, to help you create space for awareness and trust.

My work grew out of this experience.
I support people who have lost touch with themselves in finding stability, meaning, and emotional balance again, not through quick fixes or empty motivation, but through an approach that connects body and mind: gentle movement, conscious breathing techniques, deep and honest conversations, and clear strategies for everyday life.

Each session is unique, tailored to your rhythm and needs. Together, we explore your thought patterns, emotions, and body signals, gently guiding you back to yourself. This integrative coaching process combines mindfulness, somatic awareness, and emotional intelligence, helping you develop resilience, self-awareness, and inner strength that lasts.

My mission

My mission is to create spaces where healing begins real, honest, and without pressure.
Spaces where you can breathe, reflect, and reconnect with what truly matters. I believe in sustainable transformation the kind that doesn’t demand perfection, but cultivates presence and kindness toward yourself.

When you begin to understand your inner system, you stop fighting against yourself and start working with yourself. This is where personal growth and transformation happen naturally.

Success stories

A marketing manager came to me after months of waking up with racing thoughts and a constant sense of pressure. Together, we worked on slowing down her mornings, using breathing techniques and gentle structure to rebuild a sense of calm. Within weeks, she began sleeping through the night again and making clearer, more confident decisions at work.
